My name is Josh Goldberg,
Owner of Planet Earth Landscaping.
Our company is committed to outstanding, professional, and friendly service. Unlike many "fly-by-night" companies out there, we are dependable, we're fully licensed and insured, we pay taxes, and try to employ local help whenever possible. Many of our customers have been with us since we started and their loyalty is much appreciated.
I grew up in Cape May, went to Lower Cape May Regional High School, and started my first landscaping company, J&J Landscaping, at the age of 16 with a best friend. My grandfather owned a hardware store and supplied our equipment, we bought an old three-speed, column shifter van, and that began my landscaping career!
After graduating high school, I moved to Florida where I attended Florida Atlantic University, and graduated from in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration.
I worked for a short time in the healthcare field, then as a deckhand for Clipper Cruise Line. Not sure what I wanted to do next, I went back to school and earned a post-bac degree in Education. I moved to Arizona where I taught Physical Education for seven years. During that time I served as head football, soccer, and baseball coach in the Creighton and Washington School Districts in Phoenix, Arizona.
Always an entrepreneur, I decided in 2003 to move back to Cape May. I had my mind set on starting a business. A week after moving back I bought a landscaping company which had been in operation for five years. I made a few, subtle changes, purchased some new equipment, and am now entering my seventh season in business as Planet Earth Landscaping.
We are growing larger and expanding everyday! I have wonderful clients and hope to add more in the year ahead. We have added powerwashing to our services, so please take a look around your property and take note...powerwashing can make your house look new! Vinyl siding, decks, sidewalks, outdoor showers,driveways, sheds, porches, fences, cars, trailers, etc...powerwashing takes away grime, mold, and dirt.
