For our new lawncare customers: We do things a little different from most. We cut our lawns on a ten day rotation. If we cut your grass every week, it costs you too much money. If we wait two weeks to cut, the grass gets too long and makes our job very difficult.
Our billing cycle:
This year we will be billing every six weeks. A normal grass cutting season runs from April 1 through November 1. We cut your grass, do mulching, fertilizing, cleanups, planting, whatever you need, and first bill goes out around June 1. We continue to maintain your property and send you a bill every six weeks throughout the season.
Methods of payment:
Cash, bank checks, personal checks are accepted. We do not take credit cards.
We require 1/2 down on all landscaping jobs (excluding lawncare), with the balance due the day the job is finished...
no exceptions.
Estimates:
All estimates are free of charge. Many people don't realize how much work goes into an estimate. It takes a lot of time and effort! Also, an estimate is just that...it is an educated, well thought out, calculation as to what a job should cost. There are times when we're on a job and run into unexpected costs, a customer will add extra work to a job, we might find something unexpected underground, etc...I am very good at estimating, but please remember that these things do happen at times. Just an FYI!
We are stone specialists!
Many people get tired of cutting their grass. We can help! We can dig up your yard and replace it with beautiful, maintenance-free stone! There are many sizes and colors to choose from. There are so many things you can do with stone! Driveways Many people need off road parking. They park on their lawn, or in a makeshift driveway. We can come in, measure a driveway, dig out part of the yard, put down crushed concrete, landscape fabric, add a border, and decorate with crushed stone. We don't skip steps!
Powerwashing:
Do yourself a favor! Go outside and take a look around your property. Is your deck green? Outside shower moldy? How does the vinyl siding look on your house? Did you put up a fence recently and it already looks old? Powerwashing does wonders!
